For the 2026 season we offer four Hajj tiers — Economy through VIP. Prices below are the current published ranges; every package table on our services page carries a dated pricing note so you always know how fresh the numbers are.

Every Hajj package includes: Saudi Hajj visa processing; direct flights (Lagos/Kano/Abuja to Jeddah); verified hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah; ground transport in Saudi Arabia; guided Ziyara tours of Makkah and Madinah; 24/7 WhatsApp support; RUH 360 Trust Check (visa and ticket verification); Digital Legacy Vault access; and the Pay Small Small installment plan is available on every tier.

Yes. We offer special Ramadan Umrah packages with Ramadan-specific programs, iftar included, Taraweeh guidance, and extended stay options of 10–14 days. Ramadan Umrah is highly popular, so we recommend booking 3–4 months in advance.

Yes — this is known as Badal Umrah. You can perform Umrah on behalf of a deceased relative, someone who is physically unable to travel, or someone who passed away without performing Umrah. Our Wings of Mercy team handles sponsored and on-behalf journeys, including the required documentation. Contact us for details.

Yes. Our Family Packages cover: Extended Family (3+ members) — group discounts, connected rooms, and a family Mutawwif; Couple Package (husband, wife, and infant) — private rooms, couple-focused guidance, and infant care; and Honeymoon Package (newlyweds) — 7–10 days Umrah plus a 5–7 day Egypt tour, honeymoon suite, and romantic dinners.

Yes. Wings of Mercy is our sponsorship category. It includes Individual Sponsorship (sponsor someone of your choice to perform Hajj or Umrah), Parental Sponsorship (sponsor your parents or guardians), Group Savings Circles (10+ members contribute to a pooled fund and travel in rotation), and Disability & Accessible Packages for pilgrims with disabilities or chronic illness.

Yes. Our Disability & Accessible Hajj Packages include wheelchair assistance, accessible accommodation, private accessible transport, dedicated medical support (doctor/nurse), a modified itinerary with rest periods, Braille guides and sign language services, and access to the Mowaamah Platform for visual assistance. We believe every pilgrim deserves dignity, regardless of ability. Note: the medical support we arrange is a value-added travel service, not medical care — every pilgrim should also have their own doctor's clearance to travel.

Pay Small Small is our interest-free installment plan: choose your package, pay a 10% deposit to secure your slot, choose a 6- or 12-month plan, then pay monthly installments at 0% interest. Your price is locked against Naira devaluation for the duration of the plan.

Yes. Once you pay your deposit, your total price is locked in Naira for the duration of your payment plan. Even if the Naira crashes, your price does not change. This is our Rate-Lock Guarantee.

We accept bank transfer to our corporate account, card payments via Paystack, cash at our Kano office (receipt issued), and installments by monthly direct debit or salary deduction.

Yes. Through our asset-backed financing partnership with non-interest banks, you can settle your booking using livestock (cattle, sheep, goats), gold, silver, or land/property. Contact us for asset valuation and Sharia-compliant financing options.

If you miss a payment, we will contact you to arrange a catch-up plan — we understand that life happens. However, if payments are missed for 2 consecutive months without communication, your booking may be cancelled and your deposit may be forfeited as per our Terms of Service.

Before visa processing you receive a full refund minus a ₦100,000 admin fee; after visa processing, 50%; after flight ticketing, no refund. If your visa is rejected, you receive a 100% refund under our Visa Guarantee.

We GPS-verify every hotel's distance to the Haram. If the distance is off by more than 100 meters from what we promised, we refund 25% of your accommodation cost. No other agency in Nigeria makes this guarantee.

If your Hajj or Umrah visa is not approved by Saudi authorities, you get 100% of your money back. No questions asked. Your life savings are protected.

Your money is held in a secure, regulated escrow account. It is only released to us when services — your visa, flight, and hotel — are verified as delivered. This protects you from fraud.

The Digital Legacy Vault is secure digital storage for your Islamic will, personal duas for your family, recorded video messages, and legacy letters for specific recipients. Upon your death, the vault is released to your designated Legacy Guardian. It provides emotional closure and peace of mind for your family.

Yes. Real-Time Pilgrim Tracking lets your family in Nigeria see your live location during Hajj and Umrah, and receive emergency SOS alerts if you need help.

We use hotels registered in the Saudi Ministry Portal, ranging from 2-3 star economy options to 5-star hotels connected to the Haram — all within GPS-verified distance of the Grand Mosque.

We use major airlines including Flyadeal (Saudi low-cost carrier, subsidiary of Saudia), Saudia Airlines (Saudi national carrier), Egypt Air (connecting flights), and Ethiopian Airlines (connecting flights). All flights depart from Lagos, Kano, or Abuja to Jeddah or Madinah.

Allowance depends on the airline. We recommend packing light and bringing a reusable water bottle — it is included in your RUH 360 kit.

Yes. All Nigerian pilgrims require a valid Hajj or Umrah visa, and RUH 360 handles the entire process: we collect your documents, submit them to NAHCON and the Saudi authorities, track your visa status, and notify you upon approval. You do not need to visit the embassy yourself.

Mandatory vaccinations for Hajj/Umrah are Meningitis, Yellow Fever, and COVID-19 (as per current Saudi requirements). Recommended vaccinations include Influenza, Pneumococcal (for elderly pilgrims), and Hepatitis A & B. We partner with clinics to provide these vaccinations at discounted rates for RUH 360 pilgrims.

We provide a comprehensive packing list to all pilgrims. Essentials include: Ihram (2 sets for men), modest clothing for women, comfortable walking shoes, a reusable water bottle (included in your kit), a prayer mat (included in your kit), a dua book (included in your kit), medications with prescriptions, and photocopies of your passport and visa.

During Hajj you receive 24/7 WhatsApp support (message us anytime), a dedicated Mutawwif and on-ground support team, real-time tracking so family can monitor your location, one-tap emergency SOS, medical support through partner clinics in Makkah and Madinah, and daily WhatsApp broadcasts with schedules and reminders.

Stay calm and do not wander. Open the RUH 360 app and use the 'Find My Group' feature, call our 24/7 hotline, or go to the designated meeting point where your group leader will be. We also provide a printed card with your hotel's address in Arabic for taxi drivers.

Yes — but note that a Saudi SIM card and data are not included in your package price; they are available as a paid add-on, or you can buy a SIM on arrival at the airport. Either way, you will be able to stay connected with family, use the RUH 360 app, access maps and guides, and call for support.

Meals depend on your tier: Economy includes breakfast; Standard includes breakfast and dinner; Premium and VIP are full board (VIP international). For meals not included, we provide a list of recommended restaurants near your hotel, and Nigerian food options are available in Makkah and Madinah.

After you return, RUH 360 checks on you with a Welcome Home message within 24 hours, offers an optional post-Hajj medical check, invites you to share your experience as a testimonial, rewards you through our Referral Program, and welcomes you into the Guardians Alumni Network. Your Digital Legacy Vault remains available to you.

We provide a Digital Certificate of Hajj/Umrah Completion with your name, the date of pilgrimage, HIN endorsement (where applicable), and a QR code for verification. You can download it from the RUH 360 app or request a printed copy.

Package selection and deposit payment happen the same day. Document submission and visa processing each take 1–7 days (24 hours for fast visa processing), and flight confirmation comes about a week before departure. In total, expect 1–2 months for Hajj and 1–7 days for Umrah.

Yes. You can book on behalf of a family member, a friend, an employee, or a sponsored pilgrim. We will need their documents and your contact details for coordination.
