1. Our commitment

RUH 360 exists to serve guests of the House of Allah. That trust demands more than good service — it demands that every aspect of our operation be halal, transparent, and free from the exploitative practices that have harmed Nigerian pilgrims for decades. This page explains, in plain language, how Shariah principles shape how we run RUH 360.

2. No interest (Riba) — ever

• Our Pay Small Small installment plans are genuinely interest-free: the 6-month and 12-month plans cost exactly the same as paying upfront. There is no financing charge, no late-payment interest, and no early-settlement penalty.
• We do not operate or intermediate interest-based loans. Installments are a deferred-payment sale (bai' mu'ajjal) of your own package, not a loan.
• Any funds we hold on your behalf sit in non-interest-bearing arrangements. We do not earn, and never will earn, interest on pilgrims' money.

3. Honesty over uncertainty (Gharar)

• Every package lists exactly what is included — visa processing, flights, hotels, transport, guidance — and what is not. No fine-print surprises.
• Hotel distances to the Haram are GPS-verified, and we publish them. If the distance is off by more than 100 meters, we refund 25% of your accommodation cost.
• Your price is locked against Naira devaluation from the day you book. What you commit to is what you pay.

Gharar is forbidden in Islamic commercial law because it allows one party to profit from the other's ignorance. Our entire model — verified distances, published inclusions, locked prices — is built to remove that asymmetry.

4. Protection of your money (Wadiah/Amanah)

• Your payments are held in a regulated escrow account, separate from RUH 360's own operating funds. We treat pilgrims' money as an amanah — a sacred trust — never as our revenue before your services are delivered.
• Funds are released to airlines, hotels, and our licensed partner only as each service is verified as delivered.
• If your visa is not approved, 100% of your money is returned. Your savings are not our working capital.

5. Honest agency and fair dealing

• We act as your agent and the agent of a transparent supply chain — not as a middleman hiding markups. Our fees are part of a published price, not extracted through deception.
• We do not pay or accept secret commissions, and we do not sell pilgrims' data or attention to third parties.
• Our Trust Check tools exist to expose dishonest operators anywhere in the market — including where an agent outside RUH 360 is not who they claim to be. Protecting pilgrims from fraud is part of the service, not a competitive weapon.

6. Dignity of every pilgrim

• Wings of Mercy and our accessible packages exist so that elderly pilgrims and pilgrims with disabilities are never left behind: physiotherapy preparation, medical accompaniment, wheelchair assistance, and modified ritual guidance.
• Every pilgrim receives the same honest treatment regardless of package tier — the difference between packages is comfort, never honesty or care.
• Family tools (tracking, emergency alerts) are designed around the duty of silatur-rahim — keeping families connected and each pilgrim safe.

7. What we will never do

• Charge interest or hidden fees, in any form, under any name.
• Sell, rent, or misuse your personal data.
• Overstate hotel distances, misrepresent package inclusions, or use bait pricing.
• Pressure pilgrims with false scarcity or fake deadlines.
• Handle pilgrims' funds outside regulated, auditable escrow arrangements.

8. Accountability and continuous improvement

• This page is a standing commitment: if any RUH 360 practice ever conflicts with it, the commitment governs and the practice must change.
• We review our operations against these principles regularly, and we correct course publicly when we fall short.
